Payment
Only paypal payment is accepted.
If no payment is made within 2 days, your order will be canceled automatically.
Shipping
You are advised to place order as early as possible.
Sterling silver pieces are Made to Order. Please allow around 5 to 10 working days for making. Order will be sent to your mailing address via registered mail (first class) which signature of recipient is required. If you prefer ordinary shipping, please contact me before purchase.
Please contact us to check my schedule if you have to receive the silver piece by a specific date before purchase. You have to check the delivery schedule and shipping cost prior to your purchase. Any tax incurred will be borne by the buyer.
Delivery schedule may be affected under out of control circumstances or peak seasons, especially mail entering the United States from around the world may be affected by postal delays due to ongoing increased security measures.
Refunds and Exchanges
As each handmade item is unique or made to order when you place your order, each refund or exchange request will be determined individually.
You are not allowed to cancel order once you completed payment unless we agree to it. Please contact us to discuss.
We have the rights to deduct 18% of the total price as administration fee before refund. No refund on shipping fee will be allowed.
Additional Policies
As each piece is handmade and made to order, you accept that there will be slightly variation in the sharp and/or size of each handmade item. For those with natural material, you accept that there will be variation in sharp, size and/or color of the material.
To avoid allergy, you are advised to have test before you use or wear the silver piece on. You agree that we will not accept any liabilities or obligations causing from any of your use of or contact to the goods.
